I still don't know what I would do. I've thought about it from a lot of perspectives. I thought about what Barack Obama or Indiana Jones would do. If there was some way I could monetize my trauma. I thought about placement in the centipede. I thought about snake. I thought about the day after the centipede. To look at myself in the mirror with the scars (yes, there would be scars). Ultimately, I concluded I was going to leave either experience damaged goods, so I gotta go with the option where I think I have the best shot at recovery...
